Whole Villa House
Located in the Boystown neighborhood of Chicago, this house has 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms. Operates normally as a bed & breakfast but can be fully rented out here (light breakfast items will be left). There is no parking onsite, however, we will provide you with a map to all parking and permits for the surrounding area. Perfect for get togethers where location is key, being together is key, bachelor/bachelorette parties, groups that want to easily walk to Wrigley. There is a kitchen, living room & dining room space alongside a front yard that can fit at least 19 people (more if standing room is ok). There are 4 rooms located on the garden floor (all with their own bathroom), 2 on the main level (all with their own bathroom) and 3 rooms located on the top floor (one bathroom shared by all 3 rooms). Can sleep 16 with beds, 17 with a rollaway, a couple more if you bring air mattresses This is in the middle of a lot of bars and restaurants, so some parts of the space can be loud on weekends Towels are provided in each room Multiple fridges throughout the property with an ice maker Stairs are used to access this unit.
The room is very small, but worked very well for my wife and I. Excellent location in downtown Chicago. Very safe neighborhood. So many restaurants and bars very close. Parking was fine but difficult to find. Would highly recommend staying here we will be back!
Incredible and unique experience! Everything was really clean and was really comfortable. Remember to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and other self cleaning stuff you might need. Everything was really well explained so you’ll never feel lost with something. Highly recommend!
This was such a pleasant place to retreat to after enjoying the hustle and bustle of the city. They’ve created a little oasis with seating inside of a garden, quaint rooms, and surprising privacy. The communication is impeccable and you have all that you need for the perfect experience.
